Liege, Belgium’s Christmas Village

When we headed to Liege for the Star Wars ICE! exhibit, their Christmas market (Christmas Village) was still running. It wasn’t super robust and I wouldn’t make a special trip to Liege just for the market, but they had some fun stuff if you’re in the area over the holidays…

liege belgium christmas market — Like any Christmas market, the streets were lined with stalls selling decorations, toys, food, etc.

Coolest thing was probably the outdoor skating rink.

There was a nice nativity — There was a really weird-looking nativity.

Some of the stands were selling unique-ish items.

And, just an aside, the train station walkway is pretty cool!
